2013 Annual General Meeting

The Society's 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 25th June at 10 Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7AL at 17:30. This event is kindly hosted by Espirito Santo Investment Bank. 

All IR Society members are invited to attend, but please be aware that only full members are eligible to vote on the resolutions.

The AGM will commence at 17.30, followed by our Summer Drinks reception from 18.00 – 20.00, hosted by the Society’s Chairman, John Dawson.

As the AGM will be at the Stock Exchange building, it is essential that you register to attend the event for security purposes and please allow additional time on arrival to pass through security.  

The post-AGM reception is an invitation only event. Please e-mail dipty.patel@irs.org.uk should you wish to join us by no later than Friday 14th June.

The Annual Report and Accounts for 2012 together with the Notice of AGM and proxy voting forms have been posted on this page. If you are not able to attend the AGM and would like to vote, please download the proxy form, complete it, and return it to our office by no later than Sunday 23rd June.
