Annual report and AGM
The Society's 2011 Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday 21st June at 5-7 Carlton Gardens, London SW1Y 4AD at 17:30.
All members were invited to attend the AGM, but only Full IR Society members were eligible to vote on the resolutions proposed.
All resolutions at the 2011 AGM were carried.
