Sue Scholes has been Director of Communications since joining AMEC in 2007. She was previously Head of Investor Relations at Brambles Industries plc. Sue is a Chartered Management Accountant and sits on the Investor Relations Society’s Education Committee.

Keith Russell has more than ten years’ experience as head of investor relations at multinational corporations with his most recent role being at Travelport. For seven years prior to this he led IR for Stora Enso, the Nordic-Based forest products group, where he was recognised in the 2009 Thomson Extel Survey as the number 3 ranked IRO in Europe. Prior to joining Kvaerner ASA, the Anglo-Norwegian industrial group in 1997, Keith spent seventeen years as a corporate finance specialist in major investment banks in London and New York. Keith is a British national but lived in Canada and the US until 1982 when he moved to the UK. He has a Bachelors degree from Harvard College and has studied at London Business School.

Andrea works in the Depositary Receipts Group at Deutsche Bank and is responsible for supporting the Client & Relationship Management Teams in Western Europe and Asia.  She joined the Deutsche Bank Graduate Trainee Programme in London in 2009 and became a permanent member of the Depositary Receipts Group in April 2010. Andrea has a Master in Economics from the University of Cologne, Germany and has previously worked as a freelance journalist for a daily newspaper and a radio station in Cologne. She is a member of the UK IR Society and the Education Committee since January 2011.

Alison joined Orient Capital from Capita IR Services in June 2010 and has a wealth of investor relations and share register analysis experience.  At Capita, Alison was Managing Director of their IR Services business whose focus is principally share register analysis and proxy solicitation.  She was responsible for building the business into a very successful division of Capita.  In her 7 years at Capita she more than doubled their client base, designed and oversaw significant upgrades in their systems and report delivery.  Prior to her tenure at Capita, Alison managed the UK client reporting team at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein for over 4 years. 

She is an active member of the UK IR Society and has been on the Board of the IRS Education Committee since 2006.

Danielle Poulain was formerly Deputy Head of Corporate Relations at JPMorgan and has been working with corporates and institutions globally for more than eleven years. She joined Execution (now Espírito Santo Investment Bank incorporating Execution Noble) in 2003 to set up the Corporate Access team. She has an MA in Modern Languages (French & Spanish) from Oxford University and is an active member of the UK Investor Relations Society where she sits on the Education committee.
