The proxy conundrum – keeping track of votes in a digital age

Whilst shareholders are being encouraged to vote, in the electronic age it is becoming increasingly difficult to track where the votes are coming from and who has voted. This webinar explained the new processes and helped IROs to understand how to keep up to date with the progress of voting for important resolutions.
