Notice of result of EGM
At an EGM held on 8th March 2011 at 3 Bedford Street London WC2E 9HD the resolution to amend the Society's Articles of Association in respect of the reappointment of directors who have served on the Board for more than six years was unanimously carried.
The votes in respect of the resolution were as follow:
