The course provides a unique opportunity to understand how to make the best use of IR resources, what IR can do to help to increase liquidity in your shares, reduce the cost of capital for your organisation and optimise the use of management time.
The new Corporate Governance Code and the UK Stewardship Code has put increased emphasis on effective communication between boards and investors. It is therefore ever more important to understand how investor relations can facilitate effective contact with the investor community. You will need to understand the range of new and constantly changing regulatory requirements and the expectations of other stakeholders, analysts and the media.
