Account Manager, Investor Communications (London)

Pay: circa £40k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Investor Communications professional to join a dynamic consultancy. Based in London, the Account Manager will take responsibility for the running of a number of key investor communications accounts. The role would suit a proactive and ambitious individual with solid investor relations (IR) experience gained within an agency environment.

The Role

• Oversee the smooth running of multiple accounts, ensuring work is delivered to deadline and to a consistently high standard
• Manage the process of creative development, making sure that all proposals and concepts are in line with the brief and the client’s objectives
• Work on Annual reports in both a digital and printed format
• Management of account budgets as well as invoicing and forecasting
• Negotiation with third parties on costs such as printing and photography
• Act as a key client contact, ensuring effective communication with clients, as well as the consultancy’s project team
• Proof read all communications sent to clients to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Strong and demonstrable corporate communications skills, preferably gained within an agency environment
• Previous work in investor relations (IR) of financial PR is essential to the role
• Excellent understand of the financial markets
• Solid previous experience working on Annual Reports
• Experience working with digital communications would be advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and flawless attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Additional language skills would be desirable
• Willing to travel when required.
