IR best practice guidelines

As an intergral part of the IR Society's ongoing commitment to help companies achieve excellence in investor relations we are pleased to provide best practice guidelines focusing on specific areas of IR, including annual reports, websites, online presentations and the UK Governance Code.

We also produce our IR Essentials guides which provide an invaluable introduction to investor relations and a comprehensive overview of periodic reporting, narrative reporting and crisis management. These guides are free to members and can be downloaded in the Knowledge Bank, and are available at a cost of £15 each to non-members by contacting the Society.
