IR best practice guidelines

As an integral part of the IR Society's ongoing commitment to help companies achieve excellence in investor relations we are pleased to provide best practice guidelines focusing on specific areas of IR, including annual reports, websites, online presentations and social media.

Our annual Best Practice Awards encourage and reward best practice in investor communications, both online and in print. We are now accepting entries to the 2013 awards and more information on how to enter can be found here. Closing date for entries is Friday 26 July 2013.

We also produce our IR Essentials guides which provide an invaluable introduction to investor relations and a comprehensive overview of periodic reporting, narrative reporting and crisis management. These guides are free to members and can be downloaded in the Knowledge Bank.
