The IR Society Annual Conference is the premier event in the IR calendar – a must-attend event for IROs and advisers.

Breakout session sponsor
Package includes exclusive sponsorship of one of the day's breakout sessions, branding on the IR Society website, conference flyer and delegate packs, high visibility on the day and one complimentary delegate place at the conference.

Seat drop or delegate bag drop
Opportunity to include printed material or a branded item in every delegate bag.

Exclusive Sponsorship Opportunities (each option only available to one sponsor):

Post-conference drinks reception sponsor
Package includes exclusive branding of drinks reception area with opportunities for exhibition stand and marketing materials if required, branding on IR Society website and delegate packs, opportunity to make a short speech and two complimentary delegate places at the conference.

Voting pad sponsor
Your logo will appear on the main screen whenever the results of a voting question are being discussed. Package includes branding on the IR Society website, conference flyer and delegate packs, high visibility on the day and one complimentary delegate place at the conference.

Delegate bag sponsor
Your brand on the delegate bags – visible across the whole event all day.
