MHP Financial discusses the resurgence of IPOs over the course of this year which has brought with it a number of debates, including the role of independent advisers, how to price the shares and the motivation of private equity owners.
The world of IR is changing and we aim to match it to be faster, clearer and more dynamic. Accordingly, our 2014 awards have changed and feature all methods of communication for all companies. Closing date for awards entries - Thursday 31 July!
The Society is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Scholes as its new non-executive chair. Sue replaces John Dawson, who has stepped down following the Society’s standard three year term.
