Investor Relations Manager – Remote

A private equity owned business, headquartered in the North of England, are looking for an IR Manager to report to the Corporate Finance Director and Head of IR. The role is fully remote but will require one day every few weeks in the head office.

The company currently has publicly traded debt and this role requires management of existing investors, including responding to queries, maintaining the database on investor engagement, preparing the reporting timetable. You will be responsible for coordinating the development of the Annual Report and managing its content. You will support the delivery of quarterly reporting including drafting of results announcements and the investor presentation as well as supporting documents such as Q&As and the data pack. You will work closely with the finance and marketing teams to stay close to the business and remain informed on growth which will steer the messaging.  You will support on the preparation of board updates, monitoring of peer disclosures, and managing the materials for rating agency submissions. 

The ideal candidate will have previous publicly listed company investor relations experience and a strong financial literacy. You must be confident with written communications and strong attention to detail. You will liaise with senior stakeholders across the business and therefore must have strong interpersonal skills.

Head of IR

Pay: Base up to £125k, plus bonus

Location: London

A well-known FTSE 250 is looking for a Head of IR to lead its IR Strategy, based in London.

The role will report to the Director of Corporate Development, Strategy & IR and work very closely with the CFO and CEO. You will be responsible for all investor communications and announcements to the market and therefore must be confident writing press releases, presentations, scripts, Q&As. You will work with the analysts to compile a company consensus and ensure it is in line with internal forecasted performance. You will create an investor engagement plan, and proactively target investors, organising appropriate roadshows and investor meetings globally. You will monitor changes in the market and keep management and the Board up to date on relevant matters.

You must have substantial previous corporate IR experience in a FTSE listed business – this is a pre requisite for the role. Ideally the candidate would be available immediately to start. This is a standalone role and you must be able to manage multiple deadlines and build strong, trustworthy relationships with senior stakeholders.

Head of Investor Relations, FTSE 250

Location: London

A global, FTSE 250, technology business is looking to appoint a new Head of Investor Relations, reporting to the CFO.

This is a newly created role and you will support the management team in building an IR function, whilst developing and leading the IR strategy. You will be the key point of contact with the investment community, delivering key messages, and drafting and delivering results announcements. You will develop and investor engagement programme including roadshows, conferences and other events. You will work very closely with the CEO, Chairman and management team to keep them informed of IR matters on a regular basis. This role will involve engagement in strategy and corporate development so there must be a desire for a broad remit.

The ideal candidate must have previous IR or capital markets experience and have a strong financial literacy. Building trusting relationships with many stakeholders is pivotal to the success of this role so you must enjoy collaborative working environments. This is a standalone role and therefore you must be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced company.
